The rooms are smelly ( mouldy) tiny- they were our worst nightmare. The worst hotel rooms we have ever experienced. They do not mention the size of their rooms while booking & they absolutely smell terrible. The staff really doesn’t care. We had to sleep for 5 hours before our flight & ran from there.

Perfect location to walk to most places (15 mins at most 25 mins). In a quiet neighborhood but walk a couple mins and you’ll be surrounded with a mixture of locals and tourists. Food was easy access and spectacular, none of those tourist traps. Felt safe walking as a couple whether it was 6 am or 12 am. Would recommend and come back to one day. Staff overall were amazing. Kind, helpful, and informative with any and all recommendations. breakfast every morning was great. Lots of fruit, meats, and cheese options.

A very welcoming property and staff. It’s nice to find helpful and honest people still. We left our passports and money in the safe. Called and Rubin took care of it along with calling the train station to try and get us new tickets. ALL the staff (sorry I don’t remember all your names) are very accommodating and knowledgeable. AMAZING location, quaint hotel, with very pretty features. We did stay on gran via a week earlier, and came back to go to palace and a few other places. This hotel is beautiful, has a sweet little restaurant and wonderful breakfast buffet. The bed was extremely comfortable, check in easy, and running out to numerous places to eat and fun sections of Madrid literally around the corner or up the street makes this hotel a no brainer. Would definitely stay here again. While it is off of gran via, you can be there in a few minutes walking as well as the temple, numerous squares, restaurants and shopping, so easy to walk back drop off packages and go back out!

Lovely hotel in great location

The hotel is on a quiet square just off the Gran Via. Convenient to three metro stops. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was large and well appointed.

Great Stay!

This hotel is in a great location. We arrived at 10:00 AM and we were checked into our room; this was a great surprise since we were not expecting this. Our room was small and did not have a view, but to be fare, we had booked the least expensive room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
