An OK Hotel

The room was small. It did not have an iron and ironing board, but when we asked for it, room service promptly delivered it. Internet connection instructions were not clear, but again staff came to our room right away to help us connect. The location is very central. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was extremely small, amongst the smallest i’ve seen in Europe, more like a Venice room than a Madrid room. Check in was somewhat disappointing, maybe because it was at 2am the guy seemed more annoyed than interested in helping in guiding us through the property or highlighting local interest points. Could not recommend if all or most rooms are similar to the one I drew.

Our stay at Intelier Palacio de San Martín Hotel was spectacular! The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area, making it easy to walk to the metro station and main area of Gran Via. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel when returning to Madrid!

Family of 4 stayed in two rooms. Beautiful hotel , not big but not too small. Very clean looked recently renovated with some touches of the old building. Great location walking distance from main attractions in the center. No parking but a public garage right next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is absolutely 100/100. 2 min walking distance from Sol, Gran Vía, and really close to El Retiro and many places of interest. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable!! Breakfast is delicious.
