JC Rooms is on a great location near Gran Via and gives you access to a wide array of dinning, shopping and sightseeing options. The location and the staff are the best of it. There are some opportunities to be rated excellent. The WiFi is terribly slow if available. The TV in my room was old and lacked any smart TV options, so no YouTube, Netflix, etc. A cheap upgrade to a smart TV can fix it. The room was super small and there is no desk area. If you just need a bed on a great location and with pleasant staff, JC Rooms in Chueca can be an option.

If you love shower heads, this is the place for you. The room is perfect for one person. The bathroom is small but the shower was amazing. Highly recommended. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Reasonable rate. Small, spare room. Fridge. No desk. Small chair. Cool decoration. Room was facing street. Some street noise. Didn’t bother me, but others might not like it. Convenient location. Lots of activity near by. Staff was fine at check in. No other interactions.

The property was very well situated next to the Metro. The staff were excellent. However, the room that we were given (Surinam) for 4 nights was horrendous. The room was very small (even for 2 adults), the washroom stenched of sewer smells and everytime you sat on the toilet, you felt like you were wearing a straight jacket. It was horrbly situated between a wall and the vanity. The washroom door slso kept jamming so you could not get any privacy. The "Surinam" room needs major renovations before being rented again. It's unacceptable given how much we paid for the room.
