Breakfast facility very crowded. Not enough seating. Poor choices, same breakfast everyday, no variations . Also on weekends there are hugh crowds of party goers hanging out and they can be loud. Unfortunately the windows keep noise out, they are not completely sound proof so if light sleeper you will hear them. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was amazing

The hotel has so many attributes, location, value, shopping and easy access to subway but is currently undergoing some remodeling. It wasn’t bad to me but if that would bother you, please check with hotel about progress. (April 2025) This is my 4th time to stay and will continue booking in the future!

Some staff at front is rude. I didn’t like there’s charge for everything - like coffee machines or kettle whereas not at other hotels. There’s also construction. Breakfast per family was not good esp with dietary restrictions. Overall though I liked the room and bathroom and room was cleaned well daily

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Considering it’s a stone’s throw from the Grand Via, we thought it would be noisy, but not at all. The staff were so courteous and helpful and the little touches like remembering I am dairy intolerant and bringing out Soya milk for me and the bottle of champagne for my birthday were amazing. Thanks again team

Very clean staff and service good.excellent hotel in good central position although quiet. Only issue ni tea and coffee facility in room of this grade. I understand it is in higher grade rooms. Bedding and towels changed daily. Would stay again and recommend.

Excellent hotel is great location close to metro and walkable to city attractions, dining, etc. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat - strong recommendation.
