I stayed here during my Thanksgiving holiday, and WOW—what an incredible experience! The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and very accessible. The location is absolutely perfect—within walking distance to everything: Palacio Real, the theater, Gran Vía, the train station, and bus lines. It truly does not get better than this! The staff was phenomenal, and a very special shout-out to Carmen at the front desk! She greeted us every single morning with the biggest smile and genuine warmth, always excited to hear about our adventures and eager to help us plan the next ones. She went above and beyond in every way—helping us order Ubers, offering guidance, and making us feel truly welcomed. Carmen is an absolute gem and a huge asset to the hotel. Her outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Everything about this hotel was excellent apart from the fact that there was absolutely no crockery, pans or cutlery for the kitchen, rendering it almost useless. The fridge, with a small freezer compartment and the microwave were very useful but the hob is an induction hob so will not work with an ordinary pan if you decide to bring one. It is absurd to have a kitchen that you can't use. The room was very clean and the beds large and comfortable. Our room was on the side overlooking the river and extremely quiet apart from the 2am bin collecting wagon. Very well lcated with the metro and local trains across the road, the Royal Palace, cathedral and Templo de Hebod all within 20 minutes walk and a Mercadona supermarket and eateries just a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again but be warned to to expect to use the kitchen unless you bring cups, glasses, plates, induction pan, etc with you on holiday! Would have otherwise given this hotel 5*

AC helped to get room warmer. Apparently for short stays no cleaning, i think it must’ve been in description. Water drainage is really bad in the shower, one has to shower with really low pressure otherwise floor would flood with water. Not a single spoon or fork in the kitchen, not even a glass, i think if there’s a kitchen at least some cutlery could have been provided. TV was also a challenge to connect to internet and update the app, login with your registration. Other than that, all was good, location is good one too.
