Una joya de lugar, con una ubicación extraordinaria donde caminando a menos de 15 o 20 minutos puedes ir a todos los atractivos de Madrid. Estás al lado del JW Marriott y el Four Seasons pero a una fracción del precio de esos hoteles de lujo. Las habitaciones muy aceptables y espaciosas , y las instalaciones y el restaurant muy convenientes. Es la.mejor relación calidad - precio de Madrid con sobretodo la mejor ubicación a unos 100 metros de la Plaza del Sol. El único inconveniente es el ruido en la noche del sábado y domingo ya que Madrid está de fiesta hasta altas horas ,pero las ventanas de doble cristal aislan razonablemente el ruido y se puede dormir bien. un excelente lugar muy recomendable para familias, parejas o negocios .y las vistas son impresionantes desde las ventanas de la habitación .

Rooms are small but that is expected in Europe. No washcloths or tissue paper, which is usually standard in NA hotels. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Not worth the money we paid. Poor quality overall. Soap, shampoo and conditioner pump bottles work poorly. Poor breakfast. No kettle, tea or coffee in my room. We checked-in online before arrival and entered all personal data, however, at the reception they did not find this information. Would never stay there ever again.

I have stayed at this property 3 times and is always a good choice however Madrid is getting crazy with tourist and this location is becoming too loud for my taste, good choice if you do not mind the noise at night

In the center of it all. Across the street from hotel that cost 10x more. Very posh area of Madrid. Close to everything. Luxurious surroundings. Nicely apportioned rooms. Well worth it.
