This is a fabulous new business class hotel near the Madrid international airport. The hotel staff is excellent and immediately asked if I preferred English as I struggled with my limited Spanish. I had reserved two beds and they upgraded me to a better room with two beds available.

Beautiful hotel, the room was modern and zen, the terrasse in our room was large with comfortable lounge chairs and a small table. It was unfortunate that the pool was not open yet, since it was very hot outside. This hotel being right beside the airport, they could consider opening it a few weeks earlier than is the usual in Spain, since they cater to a clientele who is used to much colder weather, and would use it. The steamer to iron out clothes was nice, but not as effective as an iron (no iron/ironing board). Dinner at Yatta was delicious and the waiting staff very competent, and accommodating. Overall a great experience, we would return.

Great service at front desk. But the kid at the restaurant, Rafa, went above and beyond when we needed him. He was charm, polite, funny and very nice service. The Hotel smells like new and is very high class and confortable.
