No lo recomiendo a nadie, el check in es online después de un proceso largo y complicado que nadie te explica te dan un codigo se acceso que no funciona y que cambian hasta que por descarte uno te permite entrar. Nos demoramos más 2 horas durante las cuales el resto de los inquilinos que nos veían nos relataban historias similares

Took me an hour to be checked into my room. Terrible communication and service (or absence of it). Asked to store my small backpack since my flight was in the evening but was not allowed to even though I could clearly see other people’s luggage kept in a hallway. Noisy at nights. Wanna save your time and mental health - don’t stay here.

Despite the fact that the neighborhood was amazing and that I booked for 10 nights, I couldn’t sleep not even for one night in this property. The level of cleanliness of the bedroom, the shared bathroom, the smell in the apartment was disgusting! The management was not helpful at all and would not refund a penny from this stay! A total waste of money, time and energy! I arrived at night and as I couldn’t stand this horrible apartment, I had to book a hotel in the neighborhood that was way above my budget (5 times more than this one! )… Definitely would not recommend to stay there!

Pros: Close to metro station. Fairly Clean It has a shared kitchen for you to cook or wash clothes. Affordable Private room Cons: No programming on t.v, just a few local channels with really bad antenna reception. A theatre below room 108, they sometimes party all night long and it's impossible to sleep because of the noise. I lived one of those nights! There are 2 washing machines but no clothes dryer . They don't pick up your trash from the room or clean it, or change your towels for your entire stay. There's nobody to take care of your needs on site. You have to call them at another property and sometimes they are not reachable right away.

Very nice location close to a metro that takes you to Gran Via and other areas of Madrid. The check in process was slightly inconvenient, as it was at a different site from the place I was actually staying at. Aside from that, my stay here was very nice. The facilities were passable and I felt safe while I was here.

Terrible. El lugar está sucio, lleno de insectos, las sábanas mal lavadas, la habitación bastante sucia y llena de pelos, si algún huésped deja abierto el elevador deja de funcionar, la recepción se encuentra muy lejos del edificio, se escucha mucho ruido en la noche, las habitaciones son calientes, el agua se sale de la regadera por lo que el baño siempre estaba mojado. Todo el tiempo me encontraba huéspedes intentando entrar o tratando de hacer check in pues las instrucciones no son claras. El código de la puerta en algún momento dejó de funcionar. El personal siempre fue muy amable, pero las condiciones del lugar son terribles.

Me han dejado tirado. La habitación no estaba disponible por problemas técnicos y no me han dado ninguna alternativa sería. La comunicación pésima, nadie responde y evade ayudarte continuamente. Vergonzoso, tuve que buscarme una alternativa a última hora más cara y más lejos

où sont les 3 étoiles ?

telle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater en arrivant, trop tard pour changer d'hotel, qu'il est possible de réserver un hotel 3ètoiles dont la salle de bain est partagée avec les autres chambres, sur le palier. je ne savais pas que ça existait encore. Et la description n'est pas claire sur ce sujet puisque les photos montrent la salle de bain, sans spécifier qu'elle est sur le pallier et à partager. Quand on réserve un 3 étoiles à 100 euros, on ne s'attend pas à ça.

Al hacer la reserva no caí en cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baño y era compartido. El descanso fue imposible, el ruido de otros huéspedes toda la noche se escuchaba intensamente, como si se durmiera en la misma habitación. Es un lugar para que se hospeden jóvenes estudiantes y no profesionales que van para fines laborales.
