The apartment is in the center, so you can visit the entire Historical Center walking, it does not prevent it from being surrounded by authentic sites, shops, restaurants and bars of all the life, that coexist within one of the leisure areas more fashionable of Madrid, next to the tourists, the most visited streets and monuments of the city.

It is a unique space located in Madrid de los Austrias. The apt is fully equipped, with everything perfectly integrated into very well defined areas.
It is oriented towards Alamillo Street and the Prince Anglona Garden (which appears in the photos), it is a small and quiet street in an area with a lot of atmosphere.
The apartment is in a building that is part of the Historical Heritage of Madrid, is fully renovated while retaining all the charm.

Other important information:

The apt is fully equipped, sheets, towels, kitchenware, shampoo, shower gel, TV and other basic appliances (toaster, hair dryer, coffee maker, water heater, etc.) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The maximum capacity is for four people distributed in a double bed (135x190) and a sofa bed (140x190) easy to open and close, but above all very comfortable.

The closest Metros are: Metro "La Latina" or "Tirso de Molina".

No Air Conditioning: IMPORTANT! Please, read this !!! The air conditioning system is a "portable evaporative air cooler that does not use refrigerant gas and does not cool as efficiently as an air conditioner, but which is healthier".
