La habitación estaba sucia baños, cuarto, piso, paredes rayadas, olor extraño lo único que funcionaba fue el aire. No guardan tus maletas tienen un locker que cuesta 10€ y no entra la maleta, de lo contrario son 35€ por entrar antes estamos hablando de 1pm por que check-in es a las 4pm. Desayuno no lo quise probar por la mala experiencia del resto. Otra cosa el shuttle para el aeropuerto solo funciona cada 4 horas, el primero de la mañana 7:30am y sigue el de las 11:30am.

El hotel está bien y la ubicación, el único problema que tuve fue que dice que incluye transporte del aeropuerto y que uno se debe contactar para coordinar. Trate desde que hice la reservación contactarlos para coordinar el recogido y nunca me contestaron. Solo pude utilizar el de ir al aeropuerto

Terrible experience! I booked the room to have a good night sleep before a long flight. I tried to contact the hotel By Expedia app but they never answer my messages. I arrived late to the hotel, I have my room reserved in advanced to be able to check in easily, but the reception was very busy with other guests that they didn’t have reservations. Also I need to wait for them to change rooms keys for other guest because the key wasn’t working. Finally I arrived to my room, but I couldn’t sleep at all, mosquitos flying and making a horrible noise. I pack my bags and when to reception to check out earlier, I explain the reception but they just say sorry. I spend maybe max 3 hours in the hotel and pay full price. The hotel is rated 4stars. No tea o coffee facilities in the room.

It’s not close to the airport and the free shuttle is inconsistent and not considerate of flight times. Luckily, depending on time of day uber is cheap- but can be 30 minutes to the airport driving. Four hundred meters from the airport is misleading advertisement. It may legally be that close to a corner of what’s considered airport property, but not in any meaningful way.

Overnight Stay Near Airport

It was close to the airport and convenient. The room was family-sized so it had 2 bedrooms and 4 beds plus one bathroom and a living room space. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the shuttle service back to the airport was convenient. The only thing that was bothersome is that they did not provide storing luggage as part of the hotel price. You have to pay for a cubbie to store your luggage if you need to do so.

This is a comfortable hotel. The breakfast is delicious. There should be more airport shuttle availability between 8:00 and 11:00. On two occasions I wasn’t able to get a ride and ended up having to pay for a taxi.

The room is very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty, the beds are small and hard, and the TV resembles a computer monitor. One of the library tables on the wall fell down without being touched. The hotel promised a shuttle to the airport, but in reality, there are not enough seats for all the guests. We had a flight at 1 PM, but they only had a shuttle available at 7 AM. I really don't know how Expedia sold me a hotel like that

I’ll star with the good first:breakfast buffet was definitely good-It was clean, good variety of options, and the service was friendly. The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially being so close to the airport with a shuttle service available. The AC worked well, and the hot water was consistent. Now for the bad: the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The area around the hotel is definitely not ideal. It’s known for being unsafe with occupied abandoned buildings known as “Okupas”, people wandering around. We were advised by our taxi driver to stay indoors, which we did for the most part. Inside the hotel, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The walls were scuffed and, in some places, very dirty. The bed was extremely hard, so uncomfortable that I didn’t get a good night's sleep. The shower-head was broken, and water splashed all over the bathroom floor, making it a mess to clean up. Customer service was a major letdown. We were forced into a shuttle at 7:30am because it was the only slot available when we arrived. The shuttle needs to be pre-coordinated, and we weren’t informed about that ahead of time. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service; having to leave almost five hours before our flight (which was at 12:40pm) and 25 minutes to eat. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.
