Located in a central area with excellent public transport connections, it’s the perfect place to spend a season in Madrid for work or study. The bright and functional living room with an integrated kitchen is designed for you to relax and unwind after a busy day. It features a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies with ease.

The bedroom provides a peaceful atmosphere for restful sleep, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as towels and bed linens.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic cooktop, microwave, cookware, kettle, capsule coffee maker, and refrigerator, so you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

You’ll also have heating, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient and comfortable experience.



HOW TO MOVE

-Puerta del Sol metro and suburban station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Gran Vía metro station (lines 1 and 5)

IMPORTANT NOTES:-It is important to note that the apartment does not have a washing machine. There is a laundry service at Calle de Campomanes, 9.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
