This apartment is ideal for a stay in Madrid if you're looking for a quiet area, well connected, and with all services close at hand. It is located in a residential complex with a swimming pool and a parking space, making it a comfortable and functional option.

It features a cozy bedroom, a spacious sofa bed in the living room, and a full bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The space is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, designed to make you feel at home from the very first day.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, cookware, and utensils. It also includes air conditioning, heating, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries are provided so you can settle in comfortably right from the start.

The closest bus stop is Arturo Soria - Añastro, where you can take line 107 in the direction of Plaza Castilla, a location where you have metro line one that connects with the main points in the center of Madrid.

AREA

The Pinar de Chamartín neighborhood is located less than 15 minutes by car from Madrid Barajas Airport, which makes it an ideal place to stay if you need to be close to the airport or are a worker there. The apartment is next to the M30 with a direct exit to move around the city and its periphery.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
