No in room coffee. Early flight and just needed a cup of coffee…not enough time for the breakfast buffet. I was going to pay for one cup of coffee and was confronted by the attendant that my stay didn’t include the buffet. I told her I wanted to pay for the coffee and she proceeded to say, as a “courtesy,” she would allow me to take one. Either buy the buffet so you can make a coffee or don’t have coffee. Was embarrassing.

It was a short stay to wait and sleep between my two flights at the madrid airport. The shuttle was free and easy to find. The bed was comfy and my two sons were glad to sleep in a bunk bed. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great.

The staff were super lovely, check in was great but I specifically booked the hotel because of the hotel airport shuttle. I am travelling with my bike for a race and they would not let me put my bike on the shuttle as there were other passengers and so I had to get a private taxi at my own expense. I understand the bike takes up a lot of space but we put it upright yesterday in the shuttle and was disappointed they didn’t even try to make it work on the return leg - with some stacking of other suitcases it could have worked. The desk staff Javi was very helpful in ordering me a taxi so I am grateful for that. I am just glad I gave myself a lot of time to get to airport. Luckily. It all worked out in the end.

Don't book, and definitely don't rely on the shutt

Almost can't be considered an airport hotel, or at least not if you're using their shuttle service. Now sure how this is 4 star and almost 9 rating. They built it as cheap at they possibly could, we had two twin beds just pushed together, and the check in process was "unique". On this trip, alone, we probably checked into 5 hotels and never did i have to fill in every aspect of my, and my wives life on their system. Not that big of an issue of it wasn't already a long travel day, made mush longer by waiting 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, then taking another 30 minutes for the shuttle to get to the hotel. To sum it all up, or was just frustrating.

Perfect hotel with family near airport, convenient. Excellent service. Clean. Rooms need a bit of a maintenance, but the sheets an bed were comfortable.
