I stayed at this one-bedroom apartment with a full private bathroom and a sofa bed, and it was a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—very central and just a short walk from Gran Vía, which made it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying the city’s nightlife. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bedroom was cozy and quiet at night, and the sofa bed was a nice bonus for extra guests. The bathroom was modern and private, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being in such a central spot made getting around the city easy, whether by foot or public transport. I’d definitely recommend this apartment for couples, solo travelers, or even small groups looking for a great base in Madrid.

An amazing area to stay. A lot of great restaurants and walkable attractions. It is very loud there at night and the room walls and floors are very thin. Our unit needed some repairs but was in good shape. It could have been cleaned better.

El apartamento está muy bien situado a dos cuadras de la gran vía y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía, lavarropas, cocina, microondas. La cama es muy cómoda y el sofá cama no tanto. Muy limpio y bien decorado. Llegamos el día del gran apagón en Madrid por lo que la comunicación del password fue complicada y llegamos sin electricidad pero por teléfono pudimos solucionar todo. Recomiendo.

Perfect for our stay

The apartment gave us plenty of space and the location made everything walkable. The view out the bathroom-roof window was incredible at night. We made use of the washing machine and drying rack-- so convenient. Favorite restaurant was a pizzeria around the corner.

I booked for 4 singles for 3 nights, paid $1,155.51 was confirmed a Superior Apartment, 2 bedrooms, 4 twin beds & 1 Double sofa bed & 2 bathrooms for 3 days. We got 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom, a sofa. There were 4 coffee capsules and one set of towels per person only. The room was not clean. The fridge has not been wiped out and 1 person slept on the floor.

Clean. Walls thin. Hard bed. Good location

Place was extremely clean. And I loved the view from the front windows. I felt completely safe in this neighborhood and it’s a short walk to popular destinations. The property management makes it easy to check in. My 19-yr-old loved the place. Apt 1D bedroom’s mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. We also used the fold out couch and there were no pillow cases for the extra pillows. You can hear EVERYTHING from all surrounding apartments, outside, and people walking up the steps if you are in the bedroom. If you are very religiously conservative, this may not be the little neighborhood for you. Overall, it had a bunch of positives, but just didn’t like the noise from other units and the uncomfortable bed.

Wondering if you should stay here? Think yes!

Stayed here for our first European trip from the US, and let me tell you, we were blown away! You should never judge a book by its cover! Mainly the neighborhood was a bit intimidating at first, but the room was absolutely stunning! It was beautiful, and the balcony windows were super cute. Plus, you had a great views everything from your cozy spot. Plus you’re in a short walk for everything. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good price. The only thing I can complain about was the elevator. It was super scary! I swear, I screamed a little as it went to the third floor, and it was so aggressive at stopping and rocking back and forth. I honestly thought the elevator was getting ready to fall. Then there was a long delay for the doors to open, and I almost had a heart attack. I didn’t ride the elevator again. When I left I just put my luggage in the elevator and sent it down and met it at the bottom. Ride at your own risk!!! But other than that, the place was amazing!

The property was in not so great conditions. A lot of humidity in many walls. The apartment also needed some paint. We try to use the ac and it was imposible. I try to talk to somebody to help us solve the matter and was imposible. All you could do is write to a number using WhatsApp that only gave you automatic responses, non of which solve our problem. There was no one to talk to
