Location and Comfort

Great location. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable. The apt. was 2 stories and allowed us some privacy and separation. Very nice bathrooms. This was a great place to stay and highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to travel plans changing due to the power outage. It is a bit strange that you have to upload all your details but actually worked out fine as we were able to enter the property without any person checking us in. It is in the centre of the city and it is an old building so a bit noisy at times but safe.

All you need for a comfortable stay

We like the flexibility of an apartment rather than a hotel, but were pleased to find the same level of facilities as a good hotel. Great to have full sized toiletries, a well equipped kitchen, working WiFi and good air conditioning. This apartment was close to everything we needed,, transport links, restaurants and shops. We did ask for a late check out which was dealt with very efficiently. We will use Sonder again if they are in the right location.

This is a fabulous property. If you're staying in Madrid the location couldn't be better. The check in and out is super easy, and the apartment was a great size for our family of four. The personal touches left by the Sonder team were gorgeous. We mentioned that it was our daughters birthday and when we returned that evening she found a note and some lollies to help celebrate her day. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay and we will definitely be rebooking. Thanks Sonder, you really made our stay memorable.

Heart of Central Madrid, super convenient, very close to Puerta del Sol. Spacious 1 BR w/ pullout sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. Washer in unit and bathroom is clean. Only negative is that it gets very loud at night as there are night clubs adjacent and across the street. Hotel Sonder team who comes to bring you supplies is so sweet and nice! Be aware though this location will charge you if you ask for more than 1 replacement if towels. Otherwise, it's spacious, centrally located, and will make your stay in Madrid east and enjoyable.

Good location, but noisy at times in building and fire alarm went off two mornings in a row- had to evacuate once- with no- one one site it makes these alarms hard to know what’s really happening

Great except for a glitch

Everything was great until we couldn't get back into our room to get our bags an hour before check out. We hadn't checked out yet the code didn't work anymore. Thankfully a cleaning staff happened by and opened the door.
