La casa está muy bien. Mobiliario nuevo y todo limpio. La baja nota se debe principalmente a dos factores:- en primer lugar, está NO ERA la casa que habíamos reservado. Era una casa el doble de grande (Espectacular Bajo en Tetuán). Nos hemos sentido defraudados - en segundo lugar, la comunicación ha sido pésima. Contestaban a nuestras dudas de forma lenta. Y además en inglés. Me parece bien que usen ese idioma con cicudafanos extranjeros, pero nosotros somos españoles y la casa está en Madrid, la capital de España. - en tercer lugar, nos han mentido. Nos prometieron cambiar de casa (a la casa del anuncio, el “bajo espectacular”) cuando les informamos de la confusión de casas que había tenido la empresa. No lo han cumplido. Es una lastima, porque la casa donde nos hemos alojado está bien. Pero el sentimiento que predomina es el de haber sido engañados. Si hubiésemos reservado el apartamento 1º, no había habido problemas. Pero el anuncio no se ajustaba a la realidad. Es cierta medida, es una estafa.
