Hotel has great amenities and very well built, but unfortunately we got very unlucky. When we opened the bed three out of four pillows had blood on them. When we notified receptionist there was no apologies, she just asked if we want new pillowcases. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and those that were on the shelves were also far away from being clean. Sauna was one of the reasons we chose it and it was not working. On one of the days Garage door got broken and people couldn’t leave parking. We really hoped that reception will do something about all these unfortunate things to encourage us to come back, but it’s been a week since we left and no one reached out to us. Not sure we will choose or recommend anyone to go there since blood on pillows and poorly cleaned room between guests is very unsanitary and a deal breaker when staying at hotels.
