Another JAZ hotel living up to our expectations

Were there for 10 days with another family. Our room was spacious, with partial pool view. Housekeeping (Ahmed) was excellent, including an awesome birthday surprise (co-arranged by hubby). Food was very good, lots of variety every day. The smaller "family" restaurant didnt have any waiting time either. Animation (Wagdy in particular) did a good job all day round, despite the scorching heat. Restaurant staff was attentive, as was everyone else also. Really cant fault anything.

The best place for vacation.

The best hotel I been before for the past 10 years. Room cleaned a few times per day. Food is perfect 😋. Friendly staff. Big room. Close to the sea beach. Big swimming pool with warm water.

A very nice, clean hotel-resort. Close to the beach and a bonus free waterpark with 50 slides. The internet covers the entire hotel plus the beach too, a little slow but OK. The food and drinks are OK. The staff speak mostly German, less English. Thanks for the nice vacation Jaz group. I'll see you again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, after spending three weeks here in 2023 and returning again just a few days ago for one week. Overall, I can confidently say that the quality of the hotel remains consistently high. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the restaurants continue to deliver both in terms of food quality and professionalism of the staff. Everything feels well maintained and carefully managed. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the “behind-the-scenes” teams — such as the gardeners and the staff who clean the pool at night — whose hard work often goes unnoticed but clearly contributes to the overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent, and the level of service is undeniably strong. However, compared to my stay in 2023, I noticed some very significant price increases. For example, laundry services have gone from €9 to €25, and shisha from €4 to €10. While some increase due to inflation is understandable, these jumps feel excessive and somewhat difficult to justify. Another slightly negative point concerns the animation/entertainment teams. They do not seem fully aligned with the hotel’s clientele. Some of the younger entertainers, in particular, can be quite intrusive and may lack the experience needed to interact appropriately with guests. In summary, this is still a great hotel with excellent service and high standards, but a better balance in pricing and a more refined approach to entertainment would make th

I faced a problem during check in asking for birth certificates for my young children which are 9 and 7 years old My kids are so young so what is the need for age proof they stopped my check in asking me to login to egypt online portal to get the birth certificate which wasted my day or asking me to call hotels.com room service as i asked for additional water and blanket many times and never came !!!! The hotel’s facilities are good and one comment on animation team who makes games and shows not appropriate for children without any notice Overall nice stay enjoyed the AQUA and pool activities

I travel a LOT and without doubt this is one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed in many years, so much so I’ve extended my stay twice while being here. EVERY me ever if the team goes above and beyond to make you feel truly welcome. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed and spotless clean. The gardens are manicured to perfection. The buffet is extensive and of great quality. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi in the rooms can be a nightmare and as a digital nomad trying to work while here that’s a big challenge. Overall I have absolutely no problem highly recommending this marvellous experience

What a great experience. Spent 3 weeks with my wife, those 3 weeks were 2 in the beginning, but we were enjoying it so much that we extended our stay by 1 additional week Let’s start: 1. Service: 10/10. From the reception to the restaurant to the beach. This what service must really be everywhere. A special thank to you Hassan (housekeeping), Ali (main restaurant), Hamada (gym & beach), Mohamed Ehab (service manager) and all of the people we interacted during our 21 nights 2. Food, wide variety, top quality, top hygiene. 3. Safety, nothing to say, felt safe the whole stay 4. The hotel was all fine for 2 days. I don’t know what you could do here for 1 week. Beach was fine but guy with camel was annoying. You can only use the gym and the spa with an extra charge. Sorry but why am I booking all inclusive when I have to pay extra again. It’s annoying. Then just charge 5€ more per day and the guests will leave with a good feeling of having enjoyed all inclusive. Food selection was not really good, but I can understand it seeing all the Germans in the hotel. People with no taste get food that does not taste. Over all it was okay but I’ll not come again.

Great accommodation, really nice place but, having booked & paid through Expedia for a friend and her children to stay, she was informed upon arrival - following a 10 hour bus journey from Cairo- that she was ineligible to stay as she was an Egyptian passport holder, the booking cancelled and my credit card refunded. She was then offered alternative accommodation, at a more expensive tariff than Expedia ( disappointing but accepted) and enjoyed a pleasant stay. However, when I csntacted the hotel to settle the bill, my card having been refunded the cost of the original booking, I was told that they could not accept payment over the phone, a direct payment to the hotel’s bank not possible and I had to be there in person to pay by card. As a consequence my friend was put in the very awkward position of being forced to pay for a stay for which she had made no financial provision. All in all a very unsatisfactory end to what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay.
