Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Sauna at small house next to the pool.
