The room was very clean. All staff were courteous. There was a frequent shuttle to the Haram and it was only a 30 minute walk away. There was also a buffet breakfast included which was nice. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This Hotel is a hidden gem, and quality on par with SwissHotel in Clock Tower. Beds, Hygiene, food and service in general, free water, dates and Kahwa all day is simply great. We would be staying at this place for all our Umra travel from now on every year.
