The location is ideal. The building is an old baba nyonya mansion. Granted it’s not what it was, I’m sure!, but it’s authentic, beautiful and comfortable. The Malay people are so nice! Thank you!

nice Xmas touches in the lobby. Lovely Peranakan pieces in the public areas. The poor lighting and layout didn't do justice to the Peranakan theme. They need a professional interior designer to decorate with proper lighting.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka.
