Not great for sharing

The hotel is new and clean but the only downside is the separated toilet, basin and shower. All enclosures are made out of frosted glass which makes it weird and uncomfortable to share the room with someone.

I travelled as a single female. 15 minutes after checking into my room a male guest used a key card and walked straight into my room while I was using the bathroom and put his bag on my bed. I had to ask him to leave. I called reception and told them that another guest had entered my room using a key card and she said that they hadn't allocated my room on their system and it was a mistake. I was upset because I felt that this error was not taken seriously. Yes it was a mistake, but it was a very horrible one considering I was staying at this hotel as a female alone, it did not make me feel very safe at all. So I went down to reception as I felt they needed to be aware of how unsafe I felt that someone else just walked into my room using a key card. The staff did then really apologise and were super nice to me but it didn't really reassure my safety. They also offered me free breakfast. Another negative in my opinion, is that they had a sign at reception to say that you were not able to take any outside food and drink into your room, i've not come across this before at a hotel. As a solo traveller sometimes I like to get something to get from a supermarket and eat it in my room rather than go out late or dine alone. I just didn't really feel comfortable. I wasn't even allowed to take a glass of wine that I purchased at the HOTEL bar to my room without having to speak to several members of staff then I got the impression that they only allowed me to becuase of the incident.

I really liked how new and modern the hotel was, loved the build into the sealing speakers that you could connect your phone to. The staff was amazing especially Jesus at the front desk who was super friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. He provided me with some great tips and recommendations as well as made my stay really enjoyable. Would definitely come back and happily recommend to friends and family =)

Very disappointing

I’m afraid to give this review as all was well except that the shower unknowingly flooded over the small lip of the door into the bedroom and completely flooded all of the room that I had to dry up with bath towels as soon as I realised this was flooded but some of my clothes on the floor had got wet and when I checked out I advised the desk clerk who didn’t show any care here. I asked for the small minibar purchase of around 12 Euros be written off as compensation and they said they needed speak to manager hence I asked for the manager who was not on duty until 0800 so They said they would tell him but absolutely nothing from the hotel and the charge further made to my credit card. Very disappointing service here. Would NOT use this hotel again due to the poor customer ethics and care
