Charming Old Town Malmo Hotel

This is a lovely historic hotel with a medieval basement in which a great breakfast buffet was served. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations, day trip outings, and a lost package.

It was wonderful to stay in such a historical hotel with all the modern conveniences. Close to the train station and an easy walk to all the attractions. Malmö is a beautiful city to spend time in.

Lovely hotel with beautiful history. Close to train station and town. Easy check in and too was ready early, so super grateful after a long day. Breakfast was housed in the basement and was a stunning set up. Food was good too! Fun facts everywhere, art everywhere and the lift was brilliant!

The Mayfair Hotel Tunneln was a perfect choice for our visit to Malmo. We took the train from Copenhagan and the hotel was only a seven minute walk from the station. The hotel was close to all of the shopping, dining, and tourist attractions. Our room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There are two restaurants on site and a bar. We did not have a chance to visit them. But the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is in a building with an incredible history and character. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Malmo in the future.

What a beautiful and peaceful hotel. Getting an upgrade was such a lovely surprise and the spacious room is a joy to return to from our sightseeing and dinner. Heated towel rail is a bonus. The beds are comfortable. The location close to the square and central railway station makes this place very desirable. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Malmö as a destination to all our family and friends
