Sa Carrotja is private, so you won't have to share any space with other guests. This is one of our key values: privacy.

By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into effect on December 2, 2024, online registration of all guests and payment of the tourist tax are mandatory before arrival at the accommodation. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all tourist apartments in Menorca. The house is rented as a whole. You will have access to all areas of the accommodation. The pool is for your exclusive use. Please note: the maximum number of guests allowed is 10, including children over 2 years old and adults, and we will only accept one additional guest under two years old. The tourist tax is not included in the total amount ( 2.20 per person per day).

The estate's location is strategic for a relaxing experience surrounded by nature while still providing access to all amenities, just a five minute drive away. In Portocristo, you'll find all the services you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.

You'll need a private vehicle to get there and around, as the rural setting doesn't offer public transportation. We recommend booking in advance with one of the car rental companies at the airport. Keep in mind that demand is high in summer.

"Sa Carrotja" is a country estate in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet very close to the coast. You'll be within a 10 minute drive of many places of interest. It is located in the countryside of the municipality of Portocristo, separated from the town center and in a prime location for relaxation. The house and apartments are on one level, making it easy to access and comfortable. It features: A large house with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a living room, and a porch with access to the garden. An apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. An apartment with a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a living room with views and access to the garden. *We highly recommend the cable TV in all 3 rooms, which is highly appreciated by our guests. The garden is very spacious, with a large fenced pool, ideal for children and surrounded by trees. It also has a barbecue area, a table with a rotating centerpiece, and an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for use before and after the pool. The setting is rural, and you'll hear birds, many species native to the Balearic Islands passing through the garden. On nights with a new moon, you can enjoy a clear sky where you can see the stars.
