Room smells like mold, A/C was very noisy and room was dark (low lightning). Limited breakfast option, there was no food available and we had to wait for eggs and gallopinto, there was no one around to make sure there was enough food for the guests.

Great Driver!

I loved the location of this hotel and the driver service affiliated with this hotel. It made traveling to the lake and airport so easy. Super friendly staff, clean room, smart TV. Collection of restaurants offered a wide selection of quality food.

Terrible check in process, room mistake keys, NO WATER service, you need to call for service water service, after 5 minutes the water service will be delivered. Humidity smell all around, rooms and pass hallways. At least a decent breakfast.
