We have to say that maintenance and cleaning staff, and waitresses were excellent and we are grateful for their service. We are extremeley dissappointed with management and their miscommunication about basic services, as well as our room. We booked a double room with double beds, and this is not what we recieved. The picture on expedia did not match what we recieved. We are dissappointed with their response in which they refused to honor the mistake, and instead of kindly addressing this they fought us and blamed expedia for the mistake saying they were not responsible. They told us they would get back to us about this issue and we never heard back from them even after a second follow up on the first day in the afternoon. We were at this hotel for five nights and never heard back. The same evening after addressing this, they removed the photo we had shown as proof that the room was incorrect. Secondly, there is no coffee maker, tea kettle or complimentary tea or coffee. Thirdly, we were not told that the pool closes at 11 because they add chemicals to the water to clean and the pool is no longer good for swimming. This was not told to us upon arrival and there are no signs to indicate this. The next day i called at 10pm to make sure the pool was still open but they told me it wasnt. This was all confusing and irresponsible on managements behalf. We do not recommend or desire to stay at this hotel again.

I didn't like the fact that I setup an account to bill my room, but the bartenders dont want your tips from the account and even suggest that you should go to an atm (which would cost me more money) so they can get tipped in paper money. I did tip based on the little I had left, I was hopong to use it to buy snacks for way home. Believe it or not but people don't like being fleeced.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean. AC worked well. Hot water available for showers. Restaurant nice and good food. Pool was clean. We didn’t pay for breakfast but got coffee to go. Cost $15.00 US for two small coffee to go. And breakfast is $14.00 for one person. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for breakfast. Also wish they offered a free shuttle to airport, which is why we stayed at the Best Western when we left Managua.
