We were there for 17 days. The property was excellent. The hotel staff was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for better service, from the, reception staff, cleaning staff to the food servers, they excelled at everything and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. We will certainly return for another stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and the staff was always wonderful. This time however, there were new faces and they were absolutely rude who didn’t even know their own rules, the waitstaff were the only ones who were nice. There was no hot water other than a few seconds of it at a time and the WiFi was absolutely horrible which I never had issues with in the past but it was difficult to work remotely this time around. It sad as my family and I used to enjoy coming here and at one point we visited almost every weekend for a weekend getaway in Managua but we will not be returning.

Stayed at this property for a week, my experience here was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good size , however I found that king size bed too high for me to get into, I am 5’4”, I would have preferred a bed in a lower position. The food at the restaurant was average, dishes may need more flavor; on a scale from 1-5, I would rate the food a 3. The property offers transportation on site for extra charge, a taxi trip runs for $10 . The property ground was very nice and had two pools which were nice for the hot days to cool off. Over all, there were nothing bad about my stay at this hotel; I had booked this property for its location and it served this purpose.

This Hotel has a really bad customer service, bathroom really disgusting. Air conditioning there were not working. I did the check in and notice all the problems in the first night they move me to 3 different bedrooms and the 3 has the same problem. Also it was another family having the same problem, i decide to check out and ask for a refound but they denied it. I did complain with expedia and they did not give me any refund. I pay for 3 nights and stay in there just one night in the worse condition

The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and the bathroom had a stinky smell. The lamp was the oldest Ive seen and was in bad condition as well as the AC. The staff is okay for the most part. They started playing loud music by the pool( which was right in front of our room) early in the morning. Also the check in took forever. Seemed as if they were trying to figure out some complicated equation. The area is good but there's so much to improve.
