Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean. From the balcony we had picturesque views of the nearby mountains and the snowy peaks further away. The travel desk helped us arrange a day in the snow which was incredible. The hotel is walking distance from Mall Rd shops, cafes and restaurants, the Buddhist temple and monastery, markets and other sights. We enjoyed every minute here and in fact extended our stay here!

The staff was very bad. We had chosen buffet dinner, when asked for hot/ fresh breads, he denied it and behaved disrespectful. He insulted us , we payed in full, Rs. 1200 but didn't get the fodd, and had to get up in between. Worst experience.
