It’s ok but they could do better.

Wi-Fi is awful and the pool being non operating was frustrating as we looked forward to an activity to do in the hotel. It took the front desk 5 different tries to get our key card set up correctly so we could get in our room. You can hear every movement around you. If the Wi-Fi wasn’t so slow it wouldn’t have been so awful.

Bad disrepair peeling paint all over the place. Drywall corners rusting through paint. Hole in shower wall allowing water to run inside of wall. Telephone in room didn’t work. Bad outlet in wall by bed didn’t work. Beat up and poorly rehabbed. Breakfast was borderline gross cold eggs. Out of coffee juice machine had sign said broken! Pool closed not sure why. I could go on but guess you get what you pay for!

What hotel does not have a sitting areas, outside no pen or notepad in the room,garbage cans in room was crack breakfast yucky cold boil eggs ,kid size muffins juice machines broken, staff very unprofessional beds in room were okay carpets in the front entry way look like yesterday years carpets i would never book there again NEVER EVER by the way toilet paper was like razor blades ouch I wouldn't even recommend that hotel to my worse enemy

Cleaning people dont show up to clean the room. Once they show up after waiting 4 hours, they dont clean well too once they do try to clean. The cleaning lady seems to be lazy or unprofessional plus the cleaning management needs to be changed at this hotel. I am waiting with my cat outside the room for 4 hours waiting for the room to be cleaned. Dont stay here if you have a pet, lousy cleaning and service.
