We were given a room on the third floor with a condemned room next to us. Also condemned was the room below it and the one below that. Internet was slower than my 90 year old grandmother. Breakfast was pathetic and certainly NOT what is advertised on their website. No OJ, REALLY!!! Mini muffins, mini bagels, nothing hot. False advertising. Would never go back. I'd ask for my money back but they'll never do that.

The shower wasn't working properly, and I would have called the front desk but she was having a fight with someone else, I think a guest. I'm not sure who was in the wrong on the fight. I waited for things to settle down, then the police and an ambulance were there for a different guest it seemed?? Overall one of the weirdest hotel experiences I've ever had. I'm sure this isn't the norm, but it wasn't a good time.

From the time I arrived it was not the greatest. I arrived and there was a man upfront talking to the front desk, and he mentioned that someone told him the hotel had bed bugs that he was concerned about. From the start this put me on edge because I became very cautious of not wanting to take that home with me. Therefore when my daughter and I checked into our room I literally searched everything before even bringing our stuff up. The room was clean, however I did notice some marks on our pillows/blankets but I didn't complain because we could get through 1 night which was literally how long we were going to be there… Plus I didn’t sleep under any covers because I was so concerned about bugs anyways. People were very noisy across from us so I didn’t sleep well. Also I guess something was being renovated above us super early that morning which woke me up way before I was ready. I checked out at 9:30. We had to go the a cheer competition anyways so I just decided to get up and go eat breakfast elsewhere. While we were on our way to checkout we saw police there in the hotel for someone, and also there was a man complaining about roaches being in his room through the night! Also let me not forget when I was checking in apparently there was a drunk man on the loose in the hotel and no one knew if he belonged there or not! Needless to say 1 night was good enough for me… and never again! Elevator upon arrival was dirty, and I still have not received my deposit back from them!

I booked this hotel expecting a clean, comfortable stay, but I didn’t even sleep here. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and an overall neglected appearance. On top of that, it reeked of marijuana, making it impossible to relax. Completely unacceptable for the price and not what I booked. I ended up leaving immediately. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or restful stay.
