this was my first visit to Antalya and it was a great experience. the resort and the services were at a high level. the only issue was the WiFi did not cover all the geographical space of the resort so I had to be at my room or around the reception to get good network.

Could be great.

Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again.

Overcrowded and not for British

We stayed between 11th and 21st of Aug 2018. The hotel was overcrowded. We didn't like it. I had 1 and 6 year old kids. Finding table night time at the restaurant was a challenge. You had to be there at 7. Food was amazing and plenty of choice but unfortunately the guests acted like they never seen food in their lives by jumping queues and rushing around grabbing food. The pool was not that clean. We all cough a bug from something and I think it was the dirty water. Beach is not sandy so we couldn't use it at all with 2 kids as our feet hurt, we couldn't even walk. The hotel is mainly full of with Russians and Turkish people. There was one or two British family. I wouldn't recommend for British people. It felt so different. Animation was OK. However I didn't like that they forced me to leave hotel 5 stars feedback. I refused. They kept asking lots of other people to leave 5 stars feedback there and then. I witnessed as they asked our friends and family the same thing. That's why this hotel is well overrated in my opinion. Misleading and unrealistic feedbacks. Its definitely not 5 stars. Staff all looked tired. Apart from Ali (the ice-cream man) no one had smile on their faces. I would never go back to this hotel. It was disappointing for the money we paid.

Good all inclusive if that’s all you want

I feel this is more like a glorified 4 star firstly the photos on Expedia shows sandy beach it was all black stones the whole way so why put pics of sand when there is none! Very dissapoonted there for sure! Because it is in the middle of no where you feel like your in a fish bowl the one place to go for entertainment same two places to eat Dinner is a mad rush for tables lucky to have cutlery or no chairs. The juices for kids were processed juices that had more sugar than you could ever believe we were putting water into a quarter of juice in a glass then it was ok! Dessert was always the same thing and were all bland tasting! So we always had the melon cut fresh but on holiday you want the cakes! No sign at all of pancakes or waffles those are what my kids love on holiday but they don’t do it! Ice cream is from a hut during the day 1-5pm only hence ques! The slides are open from 1-4 only why when that’s one reason I chose the hotel so kids could have all day!! On one occasion we went there and the biggest slide was shut at 3 I don’t understand it really don’t! Our bedrooms were cleaned everyday which is great but from the day we came there was like a mark on the flush and it never got cleaned off! Using tissue to flush is not ideal in a five star! Shower wash on wall ran out for days so I had to pull out and leave onside ! Defo not a great holiday but if you like just to have a rest go for it

Die Möbel im Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, vor allem Murat im Fish À-la-carte-Restaurant, der sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, hätte aber teilweise etwas wärmer serviert werden können. Danke für die Überraschung für die Flasche wein und die Früchte!! Die Mitarbeiter aus Indonesien waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Verständigung war teilweise etwas schwierig, da sie kein Türkisch sprachen.

Oteldegeçirdiğimiz tatil genel olarak fena değildi, ancak beklentilerimizi tam olarak da karşılamadı. Otel oldukça büyük bir alana kurulmuş, ilk bakışta mimarisi ve geniş alanlarıyla etkileyici görünüyor. Lobi ferah ve şık, resepsiyon işlemleri hızlı ilerlese de personelin karşılaması biraz daha samimi olabilirdi. Oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi, balkon da genişti. Klima, minibar ve kasa gibi standart donanımlar vardı. Ancak mobilyalar biraz eski görünüyordu, temizlik konusunda da bazı eksikler göze çarpıyordu. Havluların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var ve bazı günler oda temizliği geç yapıldı. Yemek konusunda çeşit oldukça fazlaydı ama lezzet açısından her zaman tatmin edici değildi. Özellikle kahvaltı zengin sayılabilirken, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde menü birkaç gün sonra kendini tekrar etmeye başladı. A la carte restoranlar biraz daha özenliydi, fakat rezervasyon bulmak zor olabiliyor. İçecekler genelde yerli markalardan oluşuyordu, kokteyller ise ortalama seviyedeydi. Havuz alanı geniş ve canlıydı, özellikle çocuklu aileler için gayet eğlenceli bir ortam vardı. Deniz ise genelde dalgalıydı, biz fazla giremedik. Sığ değil ve plaj karışık; yer yer kum, yer yer taşlı. Açıkçası deniz kısmı çok keyifli değildi. Animasyon ekibi enerjik ve akşam gösterileri keyifliydi. Personel genel olarak ilgiliydi. Sonuç olarak, otel genel anlamda büyük, imkanları bol bir yer. Ancak hizmet kalitesi ve detaylarda biraz daha özen gösterilirse çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.
