The home also features easy self check-in. Upon booking, you will receive a link to our rental agreement which includes entering credit card information to be held on file in the event of damage. No charges will be applied to the credit card before the rental however a hold in the amount of $300 will be submitted to ensure it is a valid Credit Card. The hold will be released and no charges will appear on your credit card within 7 days of your departure unless damage outside of normal wear and tear is found. In the event that damage is found, an itemized bill of charges will be supplied.

Once the rental agreement is completed and within 7 days of your arrival, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions to make your arrival smooth and stress-free. Instructions will include how to gain entry into the home, Wi-Fi log in information, and other helpful information on both the unit and the surrounding area.
