The hotel is easily accessible and local to shops. The bar is extremely over priced on drinks, not so bad on food. Although the rooms arent the best they do reflect with the amazing prices so as regular travellers to manchester this suits us fine, just take some surface cleaner wit you

Room 809

The term Catfish should be used for this hotel as the pictures on the website lead you to believe the hotel is in as new condition and it couldn’t be further from the truth. The lady on check-in asked me my name, said sign here and told me the the room number, that was the extent of conversation. The young guy behind the bar was friendly. I got fish and chips and the quality was probably a 4/10. The room is terrible. The walls are a horrible grey and the ceiling in the bedroom is a white PVC cladded ceiling like you would see in a hospital wet room. For some mad reason they have a cool white ceiling light which is so uncomfortable, I have never seen this in a hotel before. The bathroom has no stopper in the sink so when shaving I had to leave the water running. You can also get scalded by the hot water in the taps. The sheets and towels were clean and I did sleep well. In saying all this the hotel is an airport hotel and not very expensive and probably to cater for people just staying for a night, it’s definitely not a destination hotel for any other stay. I still think it’s overpriced for what it is.

This was a cheap quick overnight stay to watch Bruce Springsteen in the city. The staff were helpful the room was very clean & sufficient with decent sheets. Definitely adequate for our quick visit.

Don’t even think about trying to park!! Had to sweep the previous cars smashed window out the way to squeeze into the old space. In the morning everyone was blocked in!!
