Do not book here! Checked in to a twin room, poo on the floor, filthy sink, beds not made, used towels on the bed. Got transferred to a double bed room, much cleaner but it smelt vile. Now the bed!!! The bed shouldn’t be called a bed, it’s a slab. Got no sleep, couldn’t fit 2 people in it. Stay elsewhere for £98!

Very small room for the price, there was no minibar, old duvet is dirty, dirty floor, bathroom had no garbage bag, the heating was not working well. I asked for a room in a quiet place above and they put me downstairs where I couldn't sleep properly because there were people on the street talking loudly with car sound during the night.

I dont liked that hotel at all im so sorry ! I had terrible time there ! The man in the reception he was very rude and unfriendly ! Straight away he showed me bad view of the hotel as a member of staff there !!!!!!! Absolutely rude and treating customers like street !!!! Disgusting and disrespectful and unprofessional anyway! i Never ever booking that hotel in my life anymore ! Here u are for 1 member of ur staff u lost some family like us !!!!

Gr8 price but it was mid-January. Stayed a few times b4 and enjoy the cosy rooms with vintage wood beams & brick walls from buildings storied past. Rooms are ok for one, tight squeeze for couple Comfy double bed but needs improved pillows Super hot cubicle shower - but no shelf for razor etc No storage space Good internet connex
