We came for an overnight to attend a show downtown. Bed comfort for my husband was so-so (we probably should have brought our own pillows). The room was designed for handicapped folks, which we didn't expect. While it would have worked for someone in a wheelchair, taking showers made a real mess on the bathroom floor. I would recommend notifying customers that this is the room they are going to get (we did NOT ask for this but got it anyway and it was too late to make a change. Breakfast food was okay; but can you please get rid of all the plastic and paper waste? We don't like eating with plastic forks and knives and it's terrible for the environment.

Front desk staff was super friendly and check in took no time at all; spacious and clean room; bed was firm and very comfortable. Next to a freeway and the traffic noise is pretty high but it died down at night.

We only stayed for one night but everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the employees we met were very friendly. The location was excellent. Easy to get around to everything.

The reception desk was exceptional The breakfast attendant was either frazzled or purposely unhelpful The pool should have a policy of 1adult supervision per 4 underage guests (under 18). There were dis regulated and disrespectful teenagers throwing football and basketball in the pool area. They were also playing with the basketball in the breakfast area.

My room was very clean! And despite many parts of the hotel being renovated, the renovations did not cause any issue for me.

When there for the pool and hot tub for the night with the family and it was closed and construction going on everwhere around the hotel was not informed about it till we got there was not a pleasant stay with crying kids about the pool they wanted to go home not a good place for the price we paid seems like a wast

The front desk clerk was eating at the front desk and sitting at a chair. Hotel carpet in hallway dirty from renovation. Front desk staff NEVER acknowledged you as you were coming or going and they all seemed to be just sitting there
