Location is convenient with a short walk to United’s home grounds and less than a minute walk to the tram. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Service was attentive and friendly.

Back to normal. Always stay here even after my last stay being so poor. Staff, food, rooms, location all brilliant. Bad review was just a poor day for them. Usual service resumed today. One of my prefered stays when travelling for work.

Our experience was realy good room was nice comfy clean .Itvwas quite too and spacious. Just the bathroom lock didnt work was broken maybe but for us it was ok as it me and husband staying. Maybe provide water bottles too in rooms. Overall all was good.

dont think the room was worthy of a one night stay for 265 but i will say the breakfast was quality produce was very nice dont think will stay at an hilton again nothing in mini fridge just a double bed not kingsize no table on the balcony which showed on the the booking there was marks on the wall dissapointed mr a brown
