TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

AFTER A TWO HOUR TRAFFIC JAM IN CHATT TN WE ARIVED AT THE LA QUITA AT AROUND 2:15 THE DESK CLERK WOULD NOT LET US CHECK IN UNTIL 3:00PM. THERE WASN'T ANOTHER CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. SHE HAD TO HAVE AT LEAST 1 ROOM CLEAN. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AN ABUSIVE... I ASK HER NAME AND SHE WOULD ONLY GIVE ME JAYNE. NEVER AGAIN. THE MOTEL WAS FINE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR.

While the front desk feels somewhat inviting, the room was not. It was not cleaned properly. Needed vacuuming and you could tell the floors weren’t cleaned in the bathroom. I also had to clean the night stand and desk as there were soda stains from the previous guest. Hopefully the sheets were changed and the beds were not just made with dirty linens.

That specific property brought LaQuinta to a different level. Was exceptionally clean, everything worked very well. The only issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a mattress upgrade or a different bed altogether. We have stayed at hotels of lower quality and their beds were significantly better quality. Please upgrade your beds, your rating will improve dramatically.

We needed to stay the night in the area while on a driving trip. We chose this hotel because it seemed like it would be quiet since it was not right on the interstate; we were right. It was a very pleasant night. Breakfast and coffee were a bit subpar due to lack of options/quality, but we were glad to have some sort of continental breakfast. Would stay again in the same situation.

I am picky ok? Just gonna say that. I loved this hotel, it's new. The only thing that sucked was that we could hear the people in the bedroom above us talking...they gotta work on that. Other than that, it was great!!!! Super clean and modern.

All was good…the staff very friendly and helpful . Check in was efficient. At the coffee bar in the lobby, I missed having a lid for my styrofoam cup to take my coffee with me.
