Nice clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast! Kids loved the pool. the only complaint I would have is the blankets on the bed were kind of lacking....but, that is just nit-picking by me......it was a great hotel and stay....I would definitely stay there again!

I want to immediately say this is not a bad review whatsoever. The Hotel is nice; the staff is extremely helpful and polite. But here is why I only gave 4 stars. Upon entering the room, the thermostat was hanging on the wall. It still worked, but the screws came out of the drywall. I went to call the front desk, and the room phone did not work. I was there on business therefore I needed to iron clothes. Someone used the iron previously and burnt something on the iron. It then almost ruined a brand new $50 dress shirt. Somehow, I was booked for a handicap room, when I thought I was getting a tub, I only had a shower. And last thing is the mattress was hard as a rock. I know this seems like a lot of negatives, but I would definitely stay at this exact hotel again. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms, but chose not to since I was only staying the one night.

Without any doubt, this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was amazingly clean and well organized. All the amenities in the room were modern and up to date, and there were no issues at all. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the quality of the shampoos was truly excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, and everything you might need was easily accessible nearby. The hotel staff were kind, professional, and very responsible. The breakfast was great, and everything was fresh. Finally, I would like to mention that the hotel General Manager, a very kind and humble and personable lady named Kayla Transue, played a major role in the wonderful experience at this hotel. All the great things you see there reflect her careful and precise management. Thank you very much KAYLA.
