Great check in experience. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bed exceptionally confortable, pillows were either too soft or too hard (Im fussy about pillows). Breakfasy was excellent. Lots of choice. I will definitely stay in this chain again. So much better than some of the expensive brands.

Loved our stay! Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, eating out and sight seeing. I was with my daughter and having never stayed in a Hotel One before we were really impressed. The reception staff were friendly and as a room was available we could check in early which was great. The room was clean, functional, comfy and quiet at night. The only negative we could find wad that there was no rubbish bin in the room apart from in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue. We will be back.
