First Time Native!
Throughly enjoyed my first visit to Native in Manchester. I will definitely return. A great aparthotel, awesome central location, great amenities and a super welcoming and professional team. All in, it was very good indeed. Highly recommend.
Accommodation is lovely. Good location and spacious.
Cons would be no air con and lighting isn’t great.
I did get a message 20 minutes before check in time stating I couldn’t then check in from 5pm which wouldn’t have been too much of a big deal if we hadn’t had plans where we needed to get changed and have friends meeting us for a set time. However, when we got to the hotel the person on reception was very helpful and was able to assign another room for us. I didn’t get their name, but I was very grateful.
Overall had a lovely stay
Very unique. Feels a bit like a converted prison inside, but the rooms are lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff were fab, so polite and helpful. It’s in a great location as well. We’ll definitely be back.
Native Manchester was an awesome hotel!! Super walkable, very accommodating, the restaurant and bar are awesome. The rooms were wonderful!

Really Poor Stay
Having stayed at Native a few times, I was really disappointed this time. The room had a single speed fan and no air-con so was sweltering. The bed was strangely uncomfortable (we’ve both woken up with bad backs) and the TV in the room had no smart features, none of the apps worked and we couldn’t cast to it so had nothing to watch bar a handful of Freeview channels.
We’ve left feedback with the hotel as to how poor the stay has been and had no apology/assistance.

Great apartments, lots of facilities and a free room upgrade!
An amazing place, stunning atrium when you walk in, the rooms were really well appointed and beautifully clean.
The experience was let down by maintenance issues.
* The new for lock system was having issues so a member of staff had to let me in my room each time,
*a cover kept falling off on the shower,
* the TV glitched on most channels and
* the dishwasher door was leaning off.
There was also an almost obtrusive logging on process where you have to scan your passport for every person. But if you have a 2 person room and only one guest, you can't compete registration.
All that said, it was a beautiful place and I would stay again, maybe not in the same room (two hundred and seven), but definitely would stay again.
