One of the best hotels in Manchester. Check in was very quick and room was clean. Parking across the road at NCP and there are lovely restaurants on Cheetham hill road. I had very pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel if you’re catching a concert in the AO arena. It’s also close the the Armadale Centre for shopping. Hotel is nicely finished and most staff we encountered during the stay were polite and helpful.

Little bit out of the city

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice spa area. Little bit noisy on floor 1. Could hear doors opening and closing. A bit far from the city centre. Lots of walking or Uber.

Central convenient hotel, was very busy, had no still bottled water for me to take to the room on sat night, no tables left at breakfast sunday morning so put us in another room that had no cutlery etc, scrambled eggs were tasteless and no option for poached or fried, pillows were tired and flat, bit disappointing

Here for business only but found reception staff slow, and extremely limited options for dining. The hotels restaurant is cold heartless and the menu very limited. A request to turn off air conditioning ( since we were the only customers in there and we were so cold we couldn’t stay otherwise ) was not responded to. The convenience shop in the foyer charges £6.40 for a pack of cashews and £8 for a packet of digestives! So sadly we won’t be returning.
