Really lovely stay. Staff are friendly, rooms are spotless (we got upgraded too!!) and in a great location. Only niggle was we were ground floor and it gets very noisy outside with workmen etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to return though!

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed is quite small, so a but tight for pur 2 children (age 11&13). Breakfast had an ok selection but not enough room to sit, people had to sit and eat off their lap in reception and items ran out fast, and took a while to be replenished. Good location, 10mins walk to city centre.

Room was pretty decent but most of the staff made the stay unpleasent. Reception members were uninterested and unhelpful. I was sent to the luggage storage to get my own luggage with no offer to help. Not even to hold the door open. Anyone could have gone through other's belongings with no ataff member checking. Room service did not clean the room. Floors in the room was dirty and not vacuumed properly. Breakfast had a sad selection and fairly tasteless.
