Very nice and bright duplex in a small residence close to the banks of the river Siagne.

The beach is at 10 minutes walking distance.

The Golf, the Gambling Casino and the city center are very near too.

- one is with 3 single beds giving access to the veranda and office area.
- the other one is upstairs with a double bed and beautiful closed veranda. Very nice view on the Siagne river.
