First, the staff is great. (Minus the fact that house keeping didn't sweep the floors. Next, The building was dated. The tv situation, there were 2 tvs, but only 1 remote shared between them. The tvs also offered different things to watch. One local only and the other streaming apps.

The hotel offers tours of greater manila as well as outer phillipines for an additional fee, which was great for me as a solo traveler to visit Palawan

When we looked at the hotel on Expedia, the pictures looked very nice and clean, but when we saw the real thing, I was shocked. Everything in the hotel was old and the rooms were dark, and the toilet was very funny. You can't even sit on it. The open buffet breakfast is a complete disgrace. I have never seen anything like it in my life. There is no cheese or even eggs to eat. In short, there is nothing. I even have the pictures. I am not exaggerating.

Great location, the staff was super friendly and helpful when my phone was stolen. I felt totally safe in and around the hotel. Lots of food options in the area And very walkable if u can stand the heat and humidity.
