Great hotel! Comfy bed, location accessible to where I want to go, spacious room, staff are courteous and attentive, fast wifi, 4 ft swimming pool, Gym, and entertainment on weekend night. Great 3 star hotel, good value for money! I will be back!

Great bed and linen.,location it’s close to everything I need. Staff polite, courteous, helpful. Great value for money. Has swimming pool and gym. I’ll come back to this every time. If ever I have issues, I ring they resolve it.

Great location, the staff was super friendly and helpful when my phone was stolen. I felt totally safe in and around the hotel. Lots of food options in the area And very walkable if u can stand the heat and humidity.

The hotel was okay, great and friendly staff but property looked dated. Only 1 person at front desk during checkout who also had to answer phones and entertain check-ins and check-out guests.

When we checked in, our room is still not available. Instead of waiting for a long time we decided to take the lower accommodation even though our reservation is deluxe. We just came after a 22 hour flight and all we wanted is to rest in the room and not wait in the lobby.

I like BERJAYA Hotel and i would go back again the only things on some rooms the carpet smells and the other thing is all the towels are discoloured and tatty . I hope the owners and the management take notice and improve the case .

Staff were very attentive, efficient, and courteous. Management should accept any senior ID that will entitle them to a senior discount. By law, regardless of nationality, upon presentation of ID is enough to such a privilege. Management should aware of this. I was denied the discount, because I do not have the regular Senior ID card, but I have my passport & license to indicate that I am a senior citizen.
