Built in 2025, Casa Amara is your Bali-inspired escape close to home, conveniently located adjacent to Metro Manila — perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway without the long drive.

Enjoy the Balinese-inspired pool, designed to be safe and ideal for kids, adults, and even seniors. The property features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 13–15 guests.

Casa Amara is highly accessible, with Grab Car, GrabFood, InDrive, and FoodPanda all available within the area for your convenience.

Please note that we are located in a peaceful residential community. Casa Amara is best suited for relaxing stays, serene getaways, and meaningful bonding moments with family, friends, or colleagues — rather than loud parties or club-like gatherings.

HOUSE RULES :
1. Maximum capacity allowed is ONLY up to 15 guest. Children below 3 yrs old is not counted.

2. Noise Policy / Quiet Hours 🎶🌙
We have a videoke available but you may ONLY use it INSIDE the living room area. LOUD activities or disruptive noise such as music, games, and conversations are NOT allowed outdoors, especially past 9:00 PM.

Please note that speakers or any sound-producing devices are NOT allowed outdoors. You may continue your sound activities indoors instead, provided that doors are kept closed to help manage noise.

Our outdoor area follows a strict 9:00 PM noise curfew in compliance with the Antipolo City Noise Ordinance to respect our neighbors and avoid penalties.

3.🍹 Alcohol & Gatherings
You are welcome to enjoy drinks, but please drink responsibly. Excessive alcohol consumption, loud parties, and any activity that may cause damage to Casa Amara are not allowed. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors.

4. Carpark 🚘
Casa Amara offers parking for 4 cars (guaranteed parking)
– ✅ 2 cars can park inside the gated garage
– 🚙 Up to 3 cars may park along the street in front of the house

Our property is located inside a village, but please note that all vehicles are parked at your own risk. We recommend securing your belongings and locking your car at all times.

5. Our staffs/caretakers is located nearby and has a separate access to the property, it will only be use for those times that you need their assistance, or emergencies ONLY. Rest assured that we will respect your privacy during your stay.

1. How much is your security deposit?
A refundable security deposit of ₱2,000 is required for every stay to cover any incidental damages.

2. What time is your check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM

Please note that early check-in and check-out is strictly not allowed to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection of the villa.

3. Do you have a videoke?
Yes, and may ONLY use indoors.
