Customer service 5 stars, the staff was awesome. Always polite and courteous. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were a few things broken and missing but they took care of it right away when they were notified. There were plenty of malls and restaurants in walking distance so that was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at EG Private House. It was very hospitable and welcoming! The room was really nice and me and my fiancée would use terms like “Let’s go back home” instead of back to the room. The ONLY complaint I would have is the shower head had been taped up where it had started splitting on the hose, and eventually became unusable. Other than that the communication was excellent and we would love to come back to this location again

I will not be staying here again because the building is falling apart. I’m also pretty sure that it was built on top of a sewer because the area smelled so bad. Our floor also smelled horrendous and the elevator area was all messed up. The room we stayed in was not up to par and the pictures I saw online did not match the place. The walls had patches and the property manager did not even bother to paint over it. The beds were super uncomfortable and the place did not feel clean. The property manager Eric was only responsive in the beginning, but he pretty much stopped responding after a day. He wanted us to keep contacting the front desk and not him. This was after he said that he will be available any time and just text him. He is also not accommodating at all, our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving a day late. I asked for a one day refund and he refused. I also requested for a late checkout because our flight was in the evening and again he refused. I just thought that he would try to at least accommodate us and work with us since we arrived late at the property. Don’t get me wrong, the property location was perfect because it is the heart of BGC. There’s a Lander’s grocery store below, the Uptown Mall, and the Japanese mall are all close by. Overall, not impressed by the property and the pictures are deceiving online. The owner and the property manager can a least make sure that the condo is up to par and clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

I recommend this place to stay in. Easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery. Hotel staff are nice. The place is clean too. Only one thing that we didn’t like is the elevator. There is a distinct smell of the elevator. Overall the place is clean. We enjoyed staying in here.

Great family stay

Two night stay with our family before leaving the Philippines. Eric was very attentive and responsive. Very helpful with any questions. Even with helping reserve a grab to the airport (much cheaper than private transport) Walking distance to many good restaurants and mall shopping. Not much else to walk to in the area that we could find. Landers grocery next door is membership only but food options on the outskirts here as well. There is no elevator to the lobby, so carrying large luggage up the stairs is not ideal for those that will not be able to carry. The view at night is awesome! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

Attentive. Helpful. Good balcony the kitchen had quite a few bugs coming in daily. Not a huge deal but kinda gross in the kitchen in the sink every morning. Amenities were great. Washing machine and pool. The pool is not available for use for rentals on weekends which is so bizarre why wouldn't you want to use the pool on the weekend. Overall it was ok for the price I think it was a bit overpriced given the shower didn't get hot the bugs in the kitchen and the use of pool and gym was not allowed on weekend. Some disappointing factors

Despite a mishap during check in, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location is great, walkable to a variety shopping, dining and entertainment areas! My wife and I were able to rest comfortably each night. The view from the balcony, esp in the evening was amazing! Kudos to Eric, Karlo and housekeeping staff for excellent customer service!!

The management and staff were very responsive to our needs, making our stay a totally enjoyable experience. Most notably, when we accidentally left behind a very important perishable medication in the unit after we checked out and left the city, the manager ensured it was found for safekeeping until I could arrange for pickup.
