Booking confirmation did not have any details as to the exact building and unit which made check in difficult. Upon arrival at property, we had to call customer support and waited a long time to find out that there was a cutoff to the check in time and had to be transferred to another location. We also found out that we had to pay an additional fee in cash and was only told verbally that we’d be credited back via credit card. Did not push through with actual stay because whole thing was complicated.

We especially enjoyed the pool and the open green spaces, ideal for morning walks or relaxing in the evening. The staff and host were friendly and accommodating too. Overall, Eastbay Residences is a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free staycation!

had to wait for about an hour standing outside before checking-in. 1st night, they transferred me to a different room, a dirty one with cockroaches. the 2nd room was huge but dirty, have cockroaches, AC bad smell, and CR is so dirty. you can also smell a new paint furniture during your stay and dusty sofa. TV and Wifi is not working. A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT AND HOST IS NOT RESPONSIVE

I had a great time with my partner during our stay here, the host was very accommodating, Starbucks are just right in front of it so whenever I wanted to grab a cup coffee it's just a few walk away, I would love to visit here again the future. Thank you!

There’s a community feel here that’s rare these days. Plus, the nearby cafes and restos make weekend brunch plans easy. Security is tight but friendly, and everything just feels safe and clean. If you're looking for a place that balances comfort, convenience, and lifestyle, Eastbay is definitely worth checking out.
