The staff were respectful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was a great addition to the room booking—definitely worth it. The location is convenient, close to Manila OFC, Mall of Asia, and Okada, with Grab rides easily accessible. Security was excellent and made us feel safe at all times. However, the standard twin room had some issues with the bathroom. The shower drainage was poor, and the lavatory tended to accumulate water quickly. This could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

It felt like I was entering a prison because of all the security and being frisked before entering the property. On two separate occasions, people were trying to pull me aside once I was inside the hotel lobby to take up only “five minutes of my time“, to try to sell me something. For a five star hotel, your customers should not be harassed by People trying to sell you something like timeshares or properties or whatever it was they were trying to take up my time for. It’s like buying Netflix with the ads, the price is cheap as why you get the ads. A five star hotel though, should be like Netflix without the ads and also without people trying to sell me something or take up my time. I will stay at a different hotel next time and not this one, recommend passing on this one for a five star. The only thing right about it was the price, but what does that worth if you’re not getting what you think that you are paying for with a five star hotel.

Pros and Cons: -hotel was nice Cons: -very poor customer service at the front desk. They won’t even help you to get a grab driver. -a/c was hot thermostat broken -hotel food was repetitive (need to offer more selections , stay away from Fish which they cook in 2 ways only they alter it every other day both taste horrible for our 5 nights stay there the food wasn’t even worth half the price we paid. -no currency exchange at the hotel It’s our second time checking in at this hotel . Our first was on February 2025 and now this trip June 2025. First time service was more horrible and so was the food it was all salty. But this trip we thought they would improved already that’s why we booked again. It was all a disappointment during our 6 nights stay

Nice, spacious, well appointed room. However, there is a strobe light sprinkler system that flashes green all night and a super bright night-light(?) on the wall that you.l can’t turn off. I spent way too long trying to live things to cover or obscure these lights to actually have a semi-dark room to sleep. Didn’t sleep much as a result. Otherwise quite nice.

I had a Good Stay. The hotel was relatively new and not within walking distance of stores, shops, and restaurants. You had to take local transportation to get to anything outside the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and bar if you don't want to venture out. The hotel is close to MOA and Ayala Mall.
