It’s a nice hotel, but it’s out of the way, I prefer to be in a tourist area where I’m not stuck in a room with no balcony and a 7/11 within walking distance…. Pretty much had to get taxis everywhere…. And they have a dress code which I was unaware of.

I think this hotel is no where near 5 star hotel. You should update the star rating of the hotel, hotels.com. Too crowded, small rooms and buffet was not good quality either.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Customer service is lacking at breakfast, had to continually ask for tea and coffee despite their being plenty of staff around, nobody checks to see if you need any more drinks. Pool area is really nice and great for lap swimming. Area around the hotel is not particularly pleasent.

Excellent place to stay for a day or a week.

We stayed here on a day long layover headed to Palawan. We checked in VERY early for a nominal fee. We were in an executive suite and it was very nice. Bed was a bit firm but we slept well. The room was well appointed for our needs. They had a nice pool also. The breakfast buffet was massive and all the food was excellent. Ever service professional we encountered at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful.

You should try this hotel

A very comfortable hotel. Service was over the top everywhere. I was concerned about the security measures to get into the hotel, but it did give a sense of security. The breakfast is well worth the extra cost
