Loft apartment with very steep taped up stairs

I didn't know I was getting a loft apartment with very steep and taped u stairway. Hotels.com description did not indicate it was 2 levels. I was on a medical trip and did not appreciate all those very steep stairs that were taped together with clear tape to keep the edges from coming out. The linen also didn't seem clean, they were heavily perfumed and was offensive

Location was great. St Luke’s and Shangrila are just a block away. There is a 711 across the street. The room was clean with a nice interior design. The aircon is strong enough. It can get a bit warm on the loft but there is a ceiling fan for that. Towels and toiletries are provided. Most importantly, Cathy is quick to respond to your concerns. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book it again.

Good value but some small issues.

Great location, great value, but some issues with WiFi and I didn’t have any access throughout my whole stay despite contacting the owner of the apartment. The shower was pretty poor too.

Best value in BGC

Excellent location and very reasonable price considering the location. Probably the best value in BGC. Studio apartment is clean and wifi excellent. Also, owner was very understanding and accommodating despite my various changes.
