I would choose this accommodation for all my stays in BGC. It's perfectly situated across major malls and restaurants, and is walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura, and St. Lukes. The unit is clean and all appliances worked well. A big thank you to the property manager who is available and responds to all my inquiries quickly.

the room I booked was not what was provided! nice pictures showing queen bed initially and then put into completely different building with small sofa bed! No communication of changes until already in the country with last minute email. Do not book with these! Scam!

Not a hotel. Good for long term stay.

It was good except it’s not a hotel. The management of the building wouldn’t let me use any service because I’m not the property owner OR a long term tenant.

Still a soft open aug2018

Hands down one of the best air bnb’s ive been to despite some hiccups. Building is still under construction, worked out since i was out for the day and it was quiet anyway at night. During my stay there were no property amenities available yet like pool or gym; make sure you inquire of their availability if looking for those. Great location but since u it was overlooking mall downstairs, was hoping for darker shades to block out night lights. Only had one elevator at the time so when it malfunctioned it was a disaster attempting to leave through stairsunder construction from the 9th floor. Despite this the staff was very accommodating and the unit itself was very homely and well serviced and super clean. Excited to see if they can keep this up when the building becomes 100%. Also, LOCATION. Give it some time and will be a definite recommendation.
