Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No one was in front desk except a big roach greeted us. Air condition was not working and we were asked if the electric fan was enough. We said no so we got moved to another room and it was the same condition. I was told that they were accessible 24 hours. I’ve called several times and no one picked up the phone nor called me back except at check out time was the only time they returned the call. I would not recommend adding this to Expedia website. It was HORRIBLE!!
