Staff in the main booking area before you go to your assigned building are outright rude. There's no wifi in the common areas or lobby, only your room, you can't have business guests over, and its roach infested. It was so bad that after one night i booked and stayed in another hotel rather the suffer

The AC was working, we didn't have the time to enjoy the pool because we had to move out during our first evening. My husband and I found a lot of cockroach throughout the room, we would not be able to sleep under this condition so we reached out to the attendant on duty but was told that it was too late to move us to another room that evening and told that we had to wait till the next morning. It was not possible to wait till morning so we had to look for another place to stay at that evening and when we asked to a refund for the remaining days that we wont be occupying the room, they refuse to give us any kind of refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this particular PRS @ One Palm Tree Villa at all. There are plenty of accommodations that are more suitable and comfortable around the area.
