- Villa Rosa is located within a quiet residential complex where many of the neighbouring properties are home to full-time residents. A large part of the charm of the villa is we’re fortunate that the community warmly welcomes holiday guests, and we kindly ask that you show the same courtesy in return.
Please be respectful of noise levels, especially during evenings, and treat the surroundings with care.
In the rare case of disruptive behaviour, we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property.
